Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CalenForm, including the Google Forms add-on, this website, and related billing services (collectively, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
CalenForm lets you configure Google Forms to automatically create or update Google Calendar events when responses are submitted. Features include field mapping, optional guest invitations, Google Meet links, and adding respondents to existing events.
The Service depends on Google Forms, Google Calendar, and Google Apps Script. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or limitations of Google services.
2. Eligibility
You must have a Google account and permission to install add-ons on the forms and calendars you configure. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts & authorization
You authorize the Service to access Google Forms and Calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for accurate configuration (correct calendar, date/time mappings, guest emails) and for compliance with applicable laws when collecting and processing respondent data.
4. Plans & billing
We offer Free, Individual, and Team / Business plans:
- Free — one active form per Google account at a time.
- Individual — $4.90/month or $38/year; multiple active forms.
- Team / Business — $19.90/month or $200/year; multiple active forms.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions are honored through the current billing period unless you agree to new pricing at renewal. Taxes may apply where required.
You may cancel anytime via the billing portal in the add-on. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period, then reverts to Free limits. Refunds are handled at our discretion except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Send unsolicited calendar invitations or spam through automated mappings.
- Attempt to bypass subscription limits or access systems without authorization.
- Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
- Use the Service in a way that violates Google’s terms or acceptable use policies.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of your forms, responses, and calendar data. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the Service as you configure it. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from form respondents (e.g. for email collection and calendar invitations).
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE EVENT CREATION, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH EVERY FORM QUESTION TYPE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE PLAN.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your form content, calendar events created by your configuration, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by disabling the add-on and revoking Google permissions. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification).
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Service. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of Form to Calendar is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
